A big thank you in advanced to the National Junior Honor Society of Ryukyu Middle School. They are doing a donation drive for OAARS through May 31. If you would like to donate but can’t make it to one of our events, they have drop boxes located at the entry way by the front office of the school.

Run starts in front of the Torii Station Gym.

Regardless if you are an OAARS volunteer or want to just show your support, these sweatshirts will be perfect for the rainy Okinawan weather or for the days you just want to snuggle with your fur babies in the a/c on the couch.

We have sizes from small to two xl. Want one? Stop by our adoption event on Saturday in front of the Kadena BX from 10 am – 1:30 pm and get yours for only $30. Can’t make it? Just email oaarspresident@gmail.com and we will set up a time to meet with you.

With many of our foster homes PCSing or have PCS’d this year in addition to the abundance of intake emails and emergency situations that have popped up, we are currently over capacity for both dogs and cats and are in dire need of foster homes.

Please help spread the word we are looking for foster families. If you are you or someone you know are interested in fostering please email oaarsfoster@gmail.com for dogs or oaarscats@gmail.com for cats.
